By downloading or using the application, these terms will automatically apply to you , so you should ensure that you read these terms carefully before using the application. You are not permitted to copy or modify the Application, any part of the Application or our trademarks in any way. You are not permitted to attempt to extract the source code of the Application, and you should not attempt to translate the Application into other languages, or to make derivative versions. The application itself, as well as all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with it, remain the property of "Ocean Folding Joy Studio".

"Ocean Folding Joy Studio" is committed to ensuring that the application is as useful and effective as possible. To that end, we reserve the right to modify the application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the application or its services without explicitly stating to you what you are paying for.

The Ocean Folding Joy application stores and processes the personal data you provide to us to provide my services. You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the application secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations of your device's official operating system. It may leave your phone vulnerable to malware/virus/malicious programs that compromise your phone's security features and it may mean that the Ocean Folding Joy application does not work properly or at all.

Google Play Services
You should know that there are some things that "Ocean Folding Joy Studio" will not be responsible for. Certain features of the application will require the application to have an active Internet connection. This connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but if you do not have access to Wi-Fi and you do not have any data allowance, "Ocean Folding Joy Studio" will not be responsible for the full functionality of the app.

If you use the application outside of an area where Wi-Fi is available, you should remember that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for data during the connection while accessing the application, or other third-party charges. When using the Application, you will accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside of your home country (i.e. region or country) without data roaming being turned off. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, please note that we assume you have permission from the bill payer to use the application.

Again, "Ocean Folding Joy Studio" cannot always be responsible for the way you use the app, for example, you need to make sure you keep your device charged - if it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to use the service, "Ocean Folding Joy Studio" cannot be held responsible.
